２０２３年３月に、弊社が実施している「JICA普及・実証・ビジネス化事業」を通じて、弊社の下水道メンテナンスロボット「スーパーミニモグPlus」が出荷されました！
弊社から、日本での下水道メンテナンス作業の現場経験が25年以上の「ベテラン社員」がマレーシアへ渡航し、ロボットの技術操作指導員として、「マレーシア政府」の職員様に、機材の使い方についてレクチャーをさせて頂きました！

▼ロボットのセッティング変更(=★管径変換）について説明
★管径変換「かんけいへんかん」とは？
：下水道管の直径に応じて、ロボットが管内で最適に動作するための高さ調整等のセッティングのこと。先端のアーム部分が、平常時に管の中心に来る状態にすることで最適なパフォーマンスが出せる状態にします！
マレーシア政府機関の事務所にて、約半日かけて機材の使い方についてトレーニングを行った後、実際に下水道の日常維持管理を行っている政府が選定した現場で「スーパーミニモグPlus」を使用して頂きました！
今回作業を行ったのはクアラルンプール郊外の閑静な住宅街です。

今回の作業内容は、下水道管内に侵入・堆積した「木の根除去」です！下記の映像をご覧ください！下水道管内の管壁に「木の根」がこびりついていますが、弊社ロボットを使ってどんどん取り除いていきます！

Hello everyone! We are the Digital Team of Hokuryo.
Through our “JICA Promotion, Verification and Commercialization Project” implemented in March 2023, our sewage maintenance robot, the “Super Mini Mogu-Plus,” has been shipped!
One of our veteran employees with over 25 years of on-site experience in sewage maintenance in Japan traveled to Malaysia as a technical instructor for the equipment to teach how to use the robot to the Malaysian government staff.
★ What is “kankei hen kan” (pipe diameter conversion)? It refers to the setting adjustment for the robot, such as height adjustment, to operate optimally inside the sewage pipes based on the diameter of the pipes. By setting the arm part to come to the center of the pipe during normal conditions, the robot can perform optimally.
After spending about half a day training on how to use the equipment at the Malaysian government agency’s office, the staff selected by the government who conducted daily maintenance management of the sewerage used the “Super Mini Mogu-Plus” at the site!
The work was performed in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.
This time, the work was removing “tree roots” that had infiltrated and deposited in the sewage pipes! Please watch the video below! The “tree roots” have adhered to the inner wall of the sewage pipe, but we used our company’s robot to remove them quickly.

The inside of the pipe is now so clean! In reality, so many tree roots had accumulated inside the tube.

There were cheers from the operator and the surrounding workers who operated the equipment. The equipment’s quality, made in Japan, received high ratings!
Our sewage maintenance robot, the “Super Mini Mogu Plus,” is a robot that can be used not only for removing foreign matter such as tree roots and deposits but also for “piercing” and “widening” the resin film after pipe restoration.
